Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before completing payment. By purchasing a session, course, or digital product, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Practitioner Termination Policy

Melissa Armstrong reserves the right to conclude the practitioner–client relationship with any client at any time, at her sole discretion, without requirement to provide cause.

In the event that Melissa initiates the conclusion of a practitioner–client relationship, all session payments are final. No cash refunds will be issued and no exchanges will be offered. Unused session credits will be forfeited upon termination of the relationship.

All other purchases, including digital products, e-books, PDFs, courses, and session bookings, remain subject to the existing no-refund policy as stated.
